Chopin - Music Homework
My homework is now complete for music class - topic: Frederic Chopin
Chopin was born on March 1, 1810 in the village of Zelazowa Wola, Poland. Chopin’s musical talent was apparent in his young life and at the age of seven had already authored two polonaises and had already performed his first concert on the organ, but we don’t know when he started studying music. Chopin performed his first piano concert at the age of 8 and his first professional piano lessons were at the age of 6, in 1816 and he soon surpassed the skills of his teacher. In the autumn of 1826 at the age of 16, Chopin began studying music theory. Chopin met his first love in 1829, a singing student named Kostancja Gladkowska, which inspired him to put the human voice into his works. He was one of the most famous pianists in the romantic period and he died October 17, 1849 in Paris of pulmonary tuberculosis at the age of 39.
